I LOVE Host-ed. They are always on top of the game. The only issues I've ever had have to do with not receiving my discount (which most of the time has been my own fault for wrong html code). When I asked them why, they checked it out each time, got back to me either the same day or following day and not only told me why, but told me how to fix it! I would never switch to another host, and I recommend anyone thinking about it to use Host-ed!

My two sites have been on one of Host-ed servers for over a year now. Personally I couldn't ask for much more out of a host. The server has been stable, with just a few short downtime caused by attacks or malfunctioning scripts (nothing that they could prevent). All such situations were dealt with properly, in a timely manner. I only needed to contact support (live on MSN) on those special occasions to ask what was happening. Otherwise the server was working fine so I had no reason to contact them for server related problems.

Everything is very easy to use and they give you many resources for the small price they charge. Their customer service has improved drastically since I started the account. They've done all they've could in any situation to make sure that not only my site was operational, but everyone else was operational too.
