I have never used such a great service like Host-ed provides. They (as any other company have pros and cons). Their advantages are fast connection speed, responsible support and great hardware. I am a tech idiot and it took me a while to find the right kind of hosting. I had rec's from friends and former colleagues, internet reviews and the like but nothing made much sense to me. Hosting with Host-ed has been a great experience for me. The pricing and packages are on par with any competitor but their customer support is outstanding. They have all run reliably through the years. I am not that web savy but have always found tech support to be responsive and supportive. Any questions or issues I have had have been resolved quickly. I am very happy with them.
