Good job, thanks host-ed team. All the support staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient and you can feel a genuine eagerness to help. Most of my support tickets were answered almost instantly and those that weren’t took two hours at most not just to be answered but to be resolved. I think many other hosting providers would struggle to come anywhere close to this level of support.

I would like to extend my deep gratitude to Host-ed for their prompt and efficient assistance on fixing my wordpress(dot)org login issue. Host-ed assisted me via Teamviewer and took control of my computer and worked his magic. He took close to 45 minutes to discover the root and fix the issue. Ended up we discovered that it was Wajam malware that caused the problem. We removed the malware and within moments, I was able to gain access to my wordpress dashboard. Kudos to Mr. Tom for his assistance and dedication to fix my problem. Will highly recommend Host-ed as a web host! Their support is seriously top-notch!
