In the last 10 months I have tried 2 other VPS hosting companies, both failed me and both for similar reasons. Support. I also manage 9 other hosting company accounts for various customers, so I am very aware of how important support is. With Hostripples Hosting however, I have from the outset been treated well, been correctly advised regarding issues and have a high 'feel good' factor from my experience with support. I needed to migrate a vBulletin forum to Hostripples Hosting VPS and with regular support tickets to ensure I was doing right and solving any arising issues, I was able to launch the forum with relative ease.
