Our consultants provide you with guidance on things you should consider prior to your training sessions, helping to inform your stakeholders or steering group about potential content structure, navigation, 'tagging', user permissions, etc. Knowing what you want to achieve helps us provide you with better training.
You will receive dedicated training and consultancy days prior to launch, tailored specifically around your objectives and what you want to achieve with your new intranet portal. These sessions can be both face-to-face at our London offices, onsite at your location, or via conference call / screensharing. Our expert consultants will work with you to provide hands-on experience of the Hub's features and how to utilise them to drive engagement, productivity and achieve your end goals. You will receive continued support from your dedicated Account Manager, plus our free Support Team are always available to answer your questions via email or phone.
We advise that clients take between 2-3 days of consultancy to get fully trained on the new system. Consultancy/Training Days are £750 per day. All our clients receive free email and phone support from our dedicated Support Team, and every client receives a dedicated Account Manager.
