Contact tucows.com to help you transfer your domain as fast as you can! Its the only way I could get the info and codes needed to make a transfer.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had! With billing issues, problems caused by not receiving emails and the server going down, I’ve had absolutely ZERO response to phone calls, messages and open tickets. And no way to access the information needed to transfer my domain due to Nameserver addresses missing and an inability to input needed info after customer log in to have the EPP codes sent to me by email. It started a few years ago when Go Big Media sold my account to Hyperstreet, owned by Nathan Oulman. Significant server issues happened, but I was able to at least get replies to open tickets and could reach Nathan by phone. He apparently was the only one operating the business, poorly at that. One time the server went down for nearly a month and I could not access email and my web site was offline. Then, after that, my domain was suspended due to supposed non-payment. But I was signed up for auto renew AND was charged. Still I was notified of non-payment and locked out of my emails and the web site went down. After much effort to reach customer service and no response, I discovered that I had saved Nathan’s cell, that he gave me once when calling for tech support. I called and he answer, “Hello.” Nonetheless, I was relieved when he was able to straighten out the billing and I was back up and running. Then, I started having a situation where I received some emails, but not all emails. They got kicked back to the sender with a SERVERFAIL notice. I can't even calculate how much business I might have lost. Since I still had Nathan's cell number, I called. This time, I got an outgoing message saying he's a real estate agent. I left messages asking for him to call me back. He never did. Then one time I called from my cell, but did not leave a message. He called me back I presume thinking that I was going to buy a house. I told him how outrageous the circumstance were. He told me he sold the company, but still had access to the servers (?) and could help me out, but was headed into a meeting and would call me back. That was nearly two months ago. Even after more attempts to reach him and leaving messages and texts, he never responded. I’m just glad I finally figured a way to get out from under this, thanks to the tips I got from Verve Hosting, my new hosting company.

If I could … I would leave no stars.

Out of business? Took my money for domain renewal and did nothing. No possible way to contact them (voicemail full) and no response to service tickets. They appear to have abandoned their customers. If you need to transfer your domain contact Tucows.com for help!

I have been with them since 2002. Recently they did away with their customer service. You can email them, call them, can never get a live person or a response. When you have an issue, you are out of luck. And since you can’t get any support, you can’t move your domain over to a reliable company.

I have been with Hyperstreet for more than a decade. The last several year have been absolutely horrible. No customer service, can't update my site, can't put in a new template. My business and other sites are dead in the water. I can't get my Authozation codes to move to another site. They use to be great to work with but now I am stuck. if anyone has suggestions please in box me.

Have had no response to many support requests via phone, email and support tickets first with renewal issues and now with domain transfer problems. Also can't update the contact information on my domain in order to transfer it away from Hyperstreet. Very frustrating experience overall.

They do not help with anything. Their only desire is to get your money.

I have had my site through them for several years now. Have I had a few less then stellar reps on the line?... Sure (just like my cell or cable carrier lol) However I have also had some really good support people at Hyperstreet assist me who seemed to recognize a long standing client. I have moderate technical skills and most of these guys will go out of their way to help you get set up on email, managing your website or domain name. They recently upgraded their long outdated billing system and the issues I had previously had are no longer. Overall yes I would recommend them.

BRUTAL customer service. I am quite sure they don't even know what that term means. I was treated very rudely by a supposed tech who has ZERO customer service skills. When I complained about them using their complaint email - the same person I complained about was the one who responded. They then said that by complaining about them, I was harassing them!!! One email to state I wasn't happy. One email to explain for a second time why. And one email to complain about the tech. Does this constitute harassment!? What a joke! On top of this, the tech then states they are a co-owner of the company and my account is suspended. I have all the emails as my proof. Can you believe a company that needs customers to make money thinks the best way to do that is to treat customers like crap and then throw them away?!!! Ridiculous. This company shouldn't even be in business but they wont be for long with brutal attitudes like this. Good riddance to a crap company. I highly recommend NO ONE deal with this company, EVER.
