“Amazing Solution” May 22, 2025 5.0 Currently in the implementation phase however noted that all of our requirements are satisfied. The staff are very knowledgeable about their product and really invested in the clients and their needs. Pros The integration of budget and reporting software on the same platform which allows for only one solution to be required. Cons We have only commenced with the implementation of IDU now currently. We have not been able to utilise the system on a full time. It is therefore difficult to ascertain at this point. Alternatives considered OneStream Live OneStream Live Jet Reports Jet Reports Reason for choosing IDU-Concept The software allows for all our business requirements to be met, this is together with one solution which facilitates it.

Easy to import data from excel as well as build excel reports on the platform Pros Very easy to navigate through. Even when you are stuck, there is an icon you click on which further elaborates on the section you are on. Cons Overall I am happy with their service but in terms of improvement I guess improving the turnaround time for resolving queries can be improved
