TM HCC is utilizing InRule as a strategic component of our Enterprise Applications. Within the next 2-3 years, we expect to have over 20 business lines leveraging InRule for business rule management. This will allow these business lines to quickly move when shifting market conditions appear. COVID-19 has been a rude awakening for the insurance industry and companies with agility and speed to market are able to not only protect their customers and themselves but take advantage of the market and provide needed services and coverages.

Pros and Cons
Great customer service. Always quick to respond to questions.
Excellent training and documentation.
Enterprise level security model and integration via OAuth/SAML standard for Access Management.
-Replace thick-client for authoring with a web-based application.
-No enterprise licensing model, only "per user" licensing available.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Sesario! Since your review was published, we've introduced Author Studio, our web-based authoring experience. Additionally, InRule offers enterprise licensing. We'd be glad to talk you through it.

InRule is being used in the organization to implement our clients critical rules which are very dynamic in nature. They change quiet often according the guidelines given by both federal and state governments. InRule has made our jobs easier by doing all the dirty work in the background and the user is left with minimal work of coordinating the entities and authoring the rules to design the solution.

Pros and Cons
Authoring rules is one of the best. Highly reliable and scalable.
Developing complex solutions is not a big deal anymore. InRule provides a variety of templates to deal with any type of situation.
-Needs more debugging capabilities.

Likelihood to Recommend
InRule is well-suited for situations where there are rules that are driven by various parameters that are very dynamic in nature. InRule provides standard templates and rule flows which will make the complex situation into a minimal amount of work.

Our pricing platform is driven on InRule. The platform provides flexibility and a very low barrier of entry for our commercial team to tweak business rule parameters and create new logic to fit the business need and process. In addition, we encourage our end user to leverage the low-to-no-code development environment in InRule to develop logic and connection to external API integration to further improve the capability.
Pros and Cons
It is easy to tweak business rule parameters.
Create new logic with low barriers.
-Authoring software loading time can be slow if ruleset is very complex.

InRule is suitable for when your business rules need to change on a daily basis and you want the flexibility for your commercial team to take the ownership and drive results, without dependency on development teams. It also suited for when you want to quickly prototype new business logic without going through development cycles...
