Been with Insynq for a few years now. Support is marginal. It usually takes 1-2 days for them to complete requests like installing a Quickbooks update.
They were hit with Ransomware on 07/16/19. We've had ZERO access to our data and absouletely ZERO information as to when or IF we will get access to our data.
Yesterday was payroll day. We spent hours on the phone with QB's Enterprise support to install QB's on our local machine and have the ability to run payroll. We have backups on the server, but the one we have access to locally is a few weeks old so we have to enter in the payroll into our company file when/IF we ever get access to it.
Our office staff is at a complete standstill w/o access to our data on Insynq's server. They don't have separate backups of our data that they can provide while they work out this issue.
We are already signing up with another host and hopefully will get access to our company files soon so we can get back to where we left off.
