Monday, September 25, 2017 #55545 Anne Treasure from St. Croix ObGyn Loses your data, dishonest interactions, and very expensive. I was a loyal customer for years. They came recommended by Nextgen. Trusted them to do disaster protection of my data according to their specs. Then I got ransom ware. They jerked me around for weeks, shuffled me to different associates to stall for time. Then when I finally complained to Nextgen, they dumped me without any notice! To opportunity to back up my data with someone else. Well I still don't have all my data, especially my scanned reports that took hours of employee labor. I lost so much time, money, and sanity with this company. Stay far away from them.
