I've been with Kloudhost now for getting on for a year, and I am completely delighted with the level of service I have experienced. On the technical side hosting is fast and reliable, and runs Wordpress at impressive speed. Even better is the customer service which is the best I have ever experienced of all the web hosts I have used over the past decade. Support tickets are usually answered within the hour, even outside office hours, and my questions have always been understood and responded to helpfully and courteously. If only all businesses treated their customers like this the world would be a happier place.

I've moved my 3 websites over to Kloudhost after have some less then stella experiences with Vidahost (including their support). I saw the rave reviews for Kloudhost on UKBusinessForum and decided to reach out to them to look at how easy it would be to move my sites over and was very pleased with Mike's responses. A few days later we moved everything over and I haven't had any issues, not even with moving my SSL Certs over or the fact one of the sites was a forum with over 100,000 posts which were my 2 major concerns! All the websites now run MUCH FASTER and I'm happy with the backend/cpanel that Kloudhost provide which allows me to do anything I would need to do going forward. Top notch company and ever better UK support, can't recommend enough for anyone looking to run a website or blog!

Fantastic service throughout. I've used numerous hosts over the years and have found Ngage to be one of the simplest to set up and transfer sites to out of all of them. Everything is trouble free, quick and simple. I can't comment on the support as in the 6 months I have been with Ngage for I've never needed any, wish I could say the same for other hosts.

I have been working in the online industry since 1999 and during my time I've had various companies for hosting. I've recently moved my main web business over to Ngage Hosting from another host to one of their VPS hosting packages. The service has been fantastic. Mike handled all the logistics of moving my website and provided really helpful information. He spent time testing the server with various configurations to ensure my site had the quickest load times possible. I'm over the moon with my VPS. My site which previously took around 7 seconds per page load is now under 0.2ms and my site speed is like lightning! I don't often leave a review for products or services, but I feel Ngage deserve one. I recommend anyone looking into a new host to check them out. A+

The Cpanel is fab and the service has been great - especially for the price which is very competitive.
