I have been with koddos.net for a few months now and host a number of websites on the offshore VPS hosting package. I have always had excellent customer service with very fast (within a few hours) responses on the few occasions. They have great polite staff and that is why I was pleased to communicate with.

Koddos support has always been responsive, they do not lock down the server to the point of uselessness (I can do quite a bit through phpshell), and the connection speeds (including ftp) are much better than my previous host.
