2 Big issues Security: My CPANEL got hacked multiple times, My websites got hacked multiple times. When I tried to login to my cpanel the recovery email was not mine, it happened 3 times. Customer service: Worst customer service. The online chat representative always closes the chat ON purpose. I am also sure they temporary block the chat based on IP or whatever means they use. Very useless customer service. You get what you pay for.
