“We had a very complicated project to merge two WooCommerce…”
We had a very complicated project to merge two WooCommerce websites into one. One a membership/subscription and the other a traditional physical and download products. With over 20k customers and heavy traffic it was a challenge. We interviewed a few companies and settled on LitExtension for the migrations. With so many moving parts, there were some things that didn't port over, so their tech Harry jumped back in to fix that, in addition he went above and beyond to grab extra data that wasn't discussed in the work order. While we had an 11 hour time difference, Harry was online at all hours to help us get everyone over in our short "downtime" window. Special shout out to Harry and the team at LitExtension!!

We can recommend Litextension 100%, we have had several migrations done from Magento to Shopware6. We work with several agencies and all were very surprised that the migration worked so well in such a good quality. Even the alt tags of the images in multiple languages worked effortlessly. Since we had the migration carried out without an agency and I am not very technically proficient, I worked a lot with screenshots. Mr Dean Tran, understood everything very well and was able to implement it. Even a special migration of graduated prices combined with customer groups was migrated flawlessly by LitExtension on request. The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable. Change requests were also implemented without any problems. We are really enthusiastic.

We have had very good experience with Litextension, we have had several migrations done by Litextension (from standard migrations to individual migrations). We are looked after by Dean Tran, who tries very hard and gets along well even with inexperienced users like us. We explain to many with scressshots where we can't express ourselves and with a few questions everything could be done correctly. We work with 3 agencies for our shop which all together could not do such an extensive migration and we were very surprised about the quality.
