“Five years ago I pushed hard to move us off…”
Five years ago I pushed hard to move us off our old CSAT platform, and LogicInflux was the right call. The survey builder is miles ahead of what we left behind, and the closed-loop ticketing feature actually gets used by my team now, which never happened before. Response tagging and trend reporting have been genuinely useful for grant reporting, which matters a lot in the nonprofit world.
My one gripe: the nonprofit pricing tier is decent but not generous, and support response times can stretch to two days. Not a dealbreaker. Still the best tool for what we do.
