“Five years in, and scaling Loyalzoo across a growing enterprise…”
Five years in, and scaling Loyalzoo across a growing enterprise is where it starts to fall apart. What worked fine for thirty employees becomes a genuine headache at two hundred. Admin controls are thin, bulk user management is clunky, and onboarding new managers to the feedback workflows takes longer than it should. Support responds, but rarely with answers that match the actual problem.
To be fair, the core peer feedback loop is intuitive and staff who use it regularly do appreciate it. The interface is clean enough. But if your team is expanding fast and you need something that grows with you, be cautious. It has not kept pace with our needs.
