For instance, our organization is research based and we work with many files. With M-files, it is easy to to organize documents and assign specific keywords for easy retrieval. It is a very helpful tool.

its okay. Overall it was not terrible, it could have been more up to date, but it is kinda easy to use as long as you have someone to teach you I doubt that you could figure it out on your own. it`s a great way to keep things in the right place and send in things to your corporate office.
