Comment: I enjoy the quickness of using the "hot keys"
Pros

-quick and helpful customer service -hot keys & how quick they make things -how customizable the software can be -the e-learning website for self learning
Cons

-I think there should be a confirmation button before you process funds. one finger slip and you've charged a guest an amount without any fallback -the tape chart and quick availability chart never match

Comment: Very good customer support, always friendly and helpful
Pros

When we incur a question or problem and find it necessary to call or email customer support, they are always friendly and understanding. They will either help you understand how to do something or why the system won't do a particular thing.
Cons

The online booking could be improved, would be nice to be able to see a map of what's available and a photo of the site.

Comment: Great team to work with. I never had a bad experience with Maestro team me
Pros

- Always willing to take the time to understand our situation. - Maestro usually can solve any problem I had. - Easy to train new employees for the Front Desk.
Cons

- too much "Drill down" to get information needed. Once you know what your doing it is not bad. - Meal forecast is not what I think it should be. - I have not found a quick and easy "total sold" screen yet but, I have not asked either.

Pros

Maestro has been excellent in providing customer service when needed from live chat to email. They are timely, efficient and work with you to problem solve or find quicker methods. We appreciate they are a family company and work with other vendors to help different aspects of properties function and provide guest services on demand. With the providing of onsite training to conferences, they strive to provide the best service possible for their clients and send pertinent information on updates and implementations. Thank you for all you do!
Cons

Reports more specific and easier to understand. Ability to transfer most documents to excel of spread sheet readouts. Enhancements that can be utilized by all properties to not always be at a cost unless specific to a property.

Comment: Great and responsive Customer Service and Feature that helped us Grow
Pros

- Great Customer Service, quick and responsive. Able to answers questions, provide trainings, and help us improve our property - Features that helped us go to the next level of offerings - Including packaging, privileges, OTA integration, Yield Management - Fully web based and hosted solution
Cons

Our property does a fair amount of Day Event business, and handling these guests can be a little difficult. I would love a process to "Check Out" day guests and a quick and easy way to search for day guests accounts that have not been settled.
