We personally use Klaviyo are our primary email service, but then MailerLIte is our backup service when Klaviyo is failing, as they did recently. Sometimes we use Active Campaign, too. Mailfloss is cool because it allows us to work with multiple integrations, and also allows us to suppress lists across multiple services with the data.
