Some of the worse service on the planet! I have been woiting for over a week for a return phone call regarding an issue I have been having for over a month now and still not fixed or corrected. Since GI Cable sold themselves to Mascon the quality and service is among the worst of any service provider I deal with. If and when City West cable arrives here I won't be surprised to see a large percentage of present users instantly leaving Mascon, I will certainly be among the ones leaving

Worst TV system ever. Switched to Mascon thinking it would be ok. Not even close. Archaic at best. Does not save programmed recordings. This is crap. If you are thinking of switching, don't. Very, very disappointed.

Poor customer service. Even when open on long weekends, no customer service to talk to. Constant tv and internet interruptions. If Given a choice, I would go to a different service.

Internet is very poor. Connection fluctuates from strong to weak then back to strong in a period of minutes. If the weather is overcast forget about getting a steady feed. It is worse than dial up.
