WHM's multi-account management is the feature I keep coming back to when evaluating whether MaxDedicated is worth the renewal. Five years into an enterprise rollout, and I genuinely respect what they've built there. From reseller provisioning to DNS zone editing across dozens of accounts, the WHM layer gives you real control. Bulk package assignment, account suspension toggles, bandwidth monitoring per account, it's all there and it actually works the way the documentation says it will. That part of the product earns its keep without question.
The frustrating side is everything surrounding that feature. Support tickets have stretched past 24 hours on incidents that needed same-day attention, and the pricing structure for managed add-ons has crept up noticeably since we first signed. The server hardware itself has been reliable, but two migrations over five years involved more manual coordination than I'd expect from a managed provider. If WHM depth is your primary need and you have internal staff to fill the gaps, it's workable. If you're expecting full hands-off management, temper those expectations.
