Media Lightbox enables us to put our tender documents, drawings, cost plans etc onto the portal and then share these with our clients / contractors and other interested parties. We don’t have to print 100’s of pages and this saves us money, reduces our energy consumption and helps the environment. The challenges that we used to be facing with emailing and sharing files before using Media Lightbox were that due to email size restrictions we were unable to send large attachments or many attachments in one email. We use Media Lightbox for sharing files like bulky documents, drawings, photos etc. Our customers, partners and project collaborators are extremely pleased that they can receive big documents without having to receive multiple emails with multiple attachments.

I have been using Media Lightbox for the past year and it has made my job a lot easier. A portion of my responsibilities at work involves the distribution of important construction documents (drawings and specifications) which in the past would cost us a small fortune in printing fees. That cost has been reduced to a fraction of what it used to be and has simplified my life at work. Needless to say, my boss is happy I am saving him a substantial amount of money.
