A disgusting and abhorrent company. As a insider do you wonder why you recieve poor service? There is no training! Only big cilents matter, That's why you face so much difficulties when speaking to them. Let alone I found mercer employees on public forums expressing sexist and vulgar language, took evidence and reported and was ignored!

I rate this company somewhere between suicide inducing and brain damage...it’s called Mercer but maybe a more apt name would be “Merciless”...its phone operators are morons who don’t have a clue how to help anyone...the only thing they are good at is ruining your day.

Zero stars. Appalling service. Calculations of pension estimates incorrect, queries answered unsatisfactorily or simply ignored, retired end August 2018 first pension payment received end November 2018 together with Sep & Oct payments.
They are a bloody disgrace.

0 stars - This company and customer service is horrible...Total disregard for its customers. After over 10 phone calls to inquire as to why my benefits are not active after 3 months of paying for them the situation has still not been resolved. No one every gets back to you (even supervisors) or assures you that the problem it taken care of. Stay away from this company if possible.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you get through their phone system you are lucky, but then don't expect much as nobody will no the answer to your questions and yes, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do for you. By far the worse experience. Thank goodness my firm is firing them this year.

Medical Flex pay seems to be run by monkeys, I have many different flex pay accounts but they question everything. They froze my account after talking to a rep and he told me it wasn't. After dealing with 10 other companies managing my medical flex account Mercer is the worst! I think they want to keep my money, bad experience.
