Worst user experience. System behaves differently in every different scenarios . Slow as hell . Import / Export functionality is just bad so goody bye to your old data.


Worst application , creating a custom application from scratch would have been much better. Maybe using excel sheet is better approach then using this application

I was told by sales I could do service agreements. No service agreements options are available in the software. Software remote application is buggy. Changing statuses on work orders does not always work. Clocking in/out of time clock does not always work. We put large notes for our customers and sometimes they just vanish. Transferring to Quickbooks has to be done multiple times. I pre-payed for a year of service and was told I can cancel at anytime. Apparently, I can cancel but just don't expect a refund of any money.

Dishonest Reps. I was sold MHelpdesk with the guarantee it could perform specific functions and the ability to customize specialized sections of the program. However after getting the run around for weeks from reps trying to find "work arounds" to the features I was promised. I was finally told by a service rep that what i was promised was in fact NOT possible. However they charged me a fee for the "support" I got up to this point for a program that NEVER worked for us and I was constantly asked to "try this instead" rather than getting what I was promised and was paying for.

Congratulations are in order for mHelpDesk for hiring Lauren Bobby. She is awesome at her job! Not only does she take the time to really help me understand the product she is always ready to answer any questions I have. Lauren is a very smart individual and mHelpDesk is lucky to have her.

MHelp is amazing. They upgraded me to newer version with no issues and then when I called back with a question on how to use a new application they added, Gian spent as much time as I needed to show me how to use the new application...very helpful and very qualified people in their customer happiness support team !!
