MyCareerBase was created to help every business of every size from small to large manage their training and staff licensing requirements simply and easily. I have worked in the safety and training industry for over 20 years, I have seen companies open to liability issues with unlicensed staff, also too much time and money wasted as they simply don’t know the status of their staff’s credentials. This brought about the development of MyCareerBase.

• Currently keeping qualifications up to date fails, as there is no effective way to track or monitor qualifications.
• Sending multiple documents via email fails, because uploading and sending via email is time consuming and often fails

In September 2018 we launched MyCareerBase, Australia's first National Training Database. The platform allows users to store, share and track qualifications for the purpose of instant on-boarding, scheduling of training, record management and compliance. MyCareerBase is a web application with the potential to be purchased by over 90% of Australian businesses. The market for this type of application is voluminous.

STORE: Your cloud-based resume, MyCareerBase is an electronic copy of your working credentials, always available and permanently at your fingertips. SHARE: Allow your employers to import your licenses etc into their training database to ensure your credentials are kept up to date and valid. TRACK: MyCareerBase will remind you when your licenses / tickets / qualifications are due to expire, with monthly, fortnightly and weekly reminders. Current packages in place for this particular need do not have the ability to share information, rather each company will have to repetitively enter information again and again, wasting valuable employer time.
