MyCooey

Cooey is an IoT enabled mobile-based augmentation layer on an existing EHR that allows its users to collect, store, analyse their health vitals for recurring care needs. Our main focus is on Senior Care, Home Health Care, Chronic Disease Management and other health conditions where there is more emphasis on recurring care needs. The platform helps its users to collect, store, analyse their health vitals and ensures ongoing collaboration between doctors, caregivers, patients, and family members. The collected data further get sliced, analysed, and presented to the user as actionable steps that ultimately results in improved care prevention, overall wellness, and cost effectiveness. To maximize the opportunities further in care coordination & remote health monitoring, in December 2016, Cooey launched its next product, MyCooey, a comprehensive enterprise platform exclusively for remote care coordination. It brings together patients, caregivers, and family members irrespective of the location they are in.
