Brilliant bit of software. Affordable yet it offers numerous great systems in one very usable package. We are saving time on annual leave processes and the comms tool has been great for staff morale as we have better communication between management and staff. Really pleased we found myhrtoolkit and Simon and the team behind it are also great to deal with. Highly recommended.

We have been using MYHRToolkit for 6 weeks in my large care home- Hopton Cottage Care Home. Simon was very efficient to deal with and his programme does everything it promises to do. It really has opened up communication between my management team and our 80 strong staff team. Both communication to staff- documents and notices but also staff having a direct line back to us is proving great for organisation but also for morale. All staff have found it easy to use, even those who are not great with IT. The annual leave system so far is proving a massive time saver. Great bit of software and very good firm behind it. Top marks well done.

Myhr is an excellent tool for managers and staff alike. It is user friendly and very flexible. Holiday and TOIL requests are done online by staff and authorised by managers. The telephone support you get from myhr is excellent. The reports available are great for senior managers and the download option for salary review, holidays or any other information is very useful. I don't have a huge amount of experience with this sort of programme so I don't have much to compare it to, but I don't find it very intuitive - once you find where something is, it's ok, but it's not always obvious, and the language used can be a little confusing for non HR Professionals like myself. That said, with some practice it pretty much does everything I need it to do, and I've always managed to either find the answer myself or the Customer Support has been great.

We have been using myhrtoolkit for a few years now and it is a great platform to help manage our staff members holidays, sickness etc. It is user friendly and if we ever have any issues the support team help us straight away. It would be nice to be able to have some bespoke items on the toolkit i.e be able to create folders under the Document Library to keep certain staff documents in so at a quick view we can see who has something missing.
