The truth about MyTrueHost is that this hosting company cant be trusted as far as you can throw them. First off they love to play games and lie about their services. First off they are not 24/7 support. The second you get into the only way to contact them is via a chat window, 99% of the time you left on hold with no on responding. Open a ticket, be prepared to put up with their constant lies and incompetence. They will kill your domain immediately the day that the bills due and will take over a week to get it back and the entire time they give lies and excuses. They are a wanna be company that plays games and everything about MyTrueHost is fake. Just do a whois on mytruehost.com. you'll get some fake address in PA. Then place that address in Google Maps, you'll see its a run down ghetto in PA. They have to lie and decieve their customers because thats all they are a bunch of lying crooks. They really fix them up still it run perfect and made me happy. Now, today about 1 year, my website haven't been a downtime and if there's one, it will not be more than 5 min.
