"Great product for tracking bottleneck issues on Production". We were struggling with site speed on the Production side and it wasn't clear what was causing it. With Atatus we were able to pinpoint exactly what wrong, and after a fix, we saw the speed improvements right away on the performance charts. And the installation was so easy that my first thought was: "And that's it? It can't be that easy!" I definitely recommend trying it. Atatus' support team has been responsive and gave visibility into their timeline of requested features. Atatus provides an awesome product that allows us to not only track errors in our website, but also track session information so we can trace how these errors are occurring and which users. All of this is provided with a beautiful UI to help navigate through these details so you can quickly locate, track, and resolve the errors. While their product is nothing short of awesome, their customer service is top tier and likely some of the best support I've received from any company. More than once I've emailed asking if they had a specific feature to be told that no, but two days later I'd receive an email letting me know that they've built and implemented that feature.

"Fantastic product to give visibility into your web app" I use Atatus mainly for error tracking in my Angular web apps. It not only tells me when my clients have encountered an error, but the previous step that led up to that error. I can quickly research and fix the bugs. It also uses map files so that I'm not trying to decipher my minimized code.
