I just transferred to NaxHost from Arvixe, and the difference has been wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and the servers are responsive. There was a minor issue in billing when I set up my account, and the resolved it with minutes. The servers are running MUCH faster than the servers at my old host. I was satisfied with Arvixe until they migrated to a new set of servers. I was down for 10 days (I had to change to a new host to actually get the site back up!) I also heard that Arvixe was bought out. I am looking forward to working with a real service company!!! So NaxHost is best than them :)
