So tired of Netago!! I’d switch ISP’s if there was another option. Regular outages and dropped service. Painfully slow on a regular basis as well. I’ve never gotten the advertised speed or even matched the speeds I pay for when testing. If you’re a gamer, don’t even consider these guys. Too little upload speed to stream, and always red barring during gameplay. No way to check for local outages. If I don’t have internet, they probably don’t either. Long wait times while on hold waiting for answers, and the customer service is usually unable to do anything about a problem, except tell you you to reboot router. What prompted me to write this review was when calling in about yet another service disruption, I was able to clearly overhear a tech loudly making fun of a caller they’d just dealt with, and have to say I found that both annoying, and more than a little disconcerting. I have never felt less valued as a customer. I was even told once that if I wasn’t happy, I could always switch providers. Overall, very unprofessional in my opinion. This is the first review, good or bad, I’ve ever written. Just hoping my to steer anyone who has a choice in providers, away from Netago. If I could give zero stars, I would.
