What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ninja One solves a huge amount of issues for us, previous RMM solutions offered similar features but they took a lot more configuration and testing to confirm if solutions were working as intended. Ninja One has their RMM package working so well we rarely need to test anything, simply finding an issue we would like to automate and using the built-in tools and scripts solves the vast majority of our problems, for those without built-in solutions we have been able to rely on a great community to provide us with creative thinking which addresses any common problems we have faced.

What do you like best?
The Teamviewer licensing bundled in saved us a fortune, and when the virus hit the world, all of our users were easily able to access their desktops from home machines, laptops, tablets... all without a lot of fuss and bother. The integrated Antivirus and remote automated patching was just icing on the cake. As a new edit, I would add that Teamviewer has created some stumbling blocks since this first review, but NinjaOne is still a great solution.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the TeamViewer bundle, enroll your users, make life easier.

Remote workers can now access their machines without us purchasing multiple channels for large amounts of money. Patching is made simple as I can see on one page what was successful and what wasn't.

What do you like best?
What’s the formula for rapid uptake of an RMM ? A clean simple and intuitive interface, easy to navigate to help train team members and get them up to speed to maximise the benefits of the product sooner rather than later.

Onboarding was easy and the Ninja support team is responsive and on hand to help with any issues.

Automated patching and scripting have transformed our estate to current software providing consistency and heightening our security stance to our users.

What do you dislike?
Still so much to learn, there’s plenty under the hood to leverage the full benefit, it feels like we are still scratching the surface.

More 3rd party software patching would be handy, we’ve managed to get this under control with easy-to-use filters and scripts as an alternative.

"So much better than other RMMs"
- A clean, organized, easy web interface for all my clients and deployed agents.
- The easy and familiar scripting capabilities (not some new proprietary language I need to learn).
- Onboarding training and the resources are available to quickly learn the platform was great.
- Platform branding, customizations and capabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My OS, Driver and 3rd party patching is SET and DONE!

Alerting and monitoring works where we were missing things and there were gaps in our previous RMM.

Management's fears for deployment when onboarding a new client are GONE. It demonstrated it's capability to quickly deploy across different senarios for new clients immediately.

What do you like best?
Onboarding was perfect, they reviewed the whole system part by part. There is a lot of cool features you can use to manage your systems and also offer remote help to users. The ticketing system is awesome too. Installs quick and easy on computers and is very lite.

What do you dislike?
Nothing, there are a lot of features so learning it all can be a challenge at first but once you keep using it, it just gets better and better. There are little quirks here and there but its just learning how to use it at first.

As someone who had been using Connectwise Automate for my RMM solution, I had grown tired of how complicated it was to use at times. However, I still wanted a product that could do all that Automate could do; but with less nonsense.

In came NinjaOne. This is an RMM platform built entirely in AWS with easy-to-use features and a friendly GUI to look at when things are on fire (occasionally). At first, the learning curve was a little steep, as with all feature-rich platforms, but the onboarding team was amicable and answered any questions we had.

The pricing is based per device but is on par with the cloud version of Automate. At the end of the day though - you get what you pay for, and NinjaOne exceeds those expectations.

No longer will I have to wait over 5 minutes for a simple change to a client (looking at you Automate). With almost instant updates pushed to clients, just this feature alone improved my time efficiency.

Overall Review: We use a majority of the functionnalities (monitoring, scripting, remote control, update management) on a daily basis, but still have the pleasant feeling of discovering new ways to deploy, retrieve information on the clients park and save time on time-consming tasks. On the human level, discussing with the NinjaONe team has always been a real pleasure, as they are accessible, from the commercial team to the back office team (support & expert team) . After more than a year and a half working with their tool and having regular exchanges with the NinjaOne team, I have never experienced the classic and destestable one way relationship : provider to client. I can truly say that the relationship with the NinjaOne team represents a real collaboration between two companies.

Overall: Fantastic: device inventory, remote management, one-click deploy of apps, etc... And for the "support" perspective, the alert system has anticipated lot of failures/problems even before end user discovered them.

Pros: From a single dashboard is possible to diagnose problems and anticipate failures. Daily management (updates, installs, maintenance, etc...) are super-easy.

Cons: Core functions: nothing to add, in my opinion. Since we use Synology nas, an official Ninja app could be appreciated to monitor/manage also those NAS.

Overall Review: I can see pretty much every detail of every device that I manage. From system specs, live resource viewing, and even networking details. Remote connections are a breeze, no hassles and connects with 1 click. If there are any issues with a device, you get a detailed alert that saves a lot of troubleshooting time. the software installed on the end user device in a couple of seconds, and is not resource intensive at all. The team at Ninja is very helpful, they respond to our emails very quickly and provide solutions. The Dojo community (Basically a knowledgebase, with everyone being able to participate) has all of the resources that you would need.

Pros: NinjaRMM is a fantastic product. It gives deep insight into and powerful control over machines that it manages. Our account exec [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was fantastic. They gave a lengthy free trial to let us get comfortable with the product and offered very flexible terms so that we could deploy it as we saw fit. Highly recommend.

Cons: The MacOS client is a bit limited and it would be great if it had even minimal mobile management.
