“It is good option for a host you don't care…”
It is good option for a host you don't care about uptime - than it can offer price better than market average. For that price you get often downtime's, slow issues resolve ( most often issue - random VPS drop). In number of situations they are unable to recover VM and offer to create new one instead. You should be ready for the option, when your services are 50% down during the month unfortunately. But also there are rare lucky months :)
