Two days ago I found that both sites were completely down. Then I opened a support ticket to solve it, but... 48 hours later, not only my sites continue down, but there is no response from support. Nothing at all.Don´t know if this is normal for OneHost Cloud, my experience with other providers is very different. I´m afraid I can NOT recommend this terrible hosting. I've been using shared hosting all of my life and have never been more happy then I have been with OneHost Cloud & Security. When I wanted to build a more complex website, Paul, the Senior Network Engineer, helped me understand the package I needed and then helped me migrate over to the package. I have very little knowledge about VPS hosting and he has gone far beyond what any hosting provider would ever need to do for a client. I will never use another hosting service again.
