Erubami CFM, MIoD, CWIFM, MRICS from Max-Migold Ltd (26 - 50 Employees) We bought Ongage service on a recommendation from a salesperson from mailgun. When we could not get the best out of our mailgun ESP service because of the complex configuration process, we also decided to discontinue using Ongage and informed them of our intention. They, however, refused to acknowledge our instruction but went ahead to bill our card for the subsequent period when we did not need to continue using the product. When we signed up, we were told we would not be bound to a long term contract but then all of a sudden, the only response we got after the fraudulent billing was that it was in a contract which we have not executed with them. To make matters worse, they stopped responding to repeated entreaties for the reversal of billing, they just ignored us with impunity. So, please be careful how you share your card details with Ongage because they do have fraudulent tendencies. The platform is very robust though but their approach to customer complaints is terrible. They just want to make a sale and move on. This experience for me is so sad, I feel I have just been a victim of transborder criminal activity.
