Produce useless reports and do not dive deep to provide real analysis. Do not take criticism well - in fact the CEO throws tantrums when he doesn't get his way.

I am sorry to see Shirley’s review. Unfortunately, something didn’t work for her and left a negative impression. That’s on us and we have to own it. Our apologies Shirley! That said, OnStrategy hasn’t worked with Microsoft in over 3-years as the business unit we engaged with was combined with another. We ended that engagement on a very positive note. The date of this review is over 2-years after the date of our last work session and I doubt this review is intended for us.

I ask that you don’t let this single review color who our great company is and the pride we take in collaborating with our great clients. I’d like to address the specific issue that Shirley is referring to, but it is not something that we recall on our side.
