Our software retrieves insurance plan information, calculates out-of-pocket costs, helps patients set up payment plans when necessary, and puts all intake data into the clinician’s native EMR all without staff members having to lift a finger—or a phone.

Patient Pal makes communication between clinician and patient simple by allowing patients to contact the office by text message to: schedule or reschedule appointments; ask healthcare questions; or communicate with administrative staff about billing.
Everything your office needs will be collected and recorded seamlessly. Intake form data and scanned documents such as a photo ID, an insurance card, bills, and receipts will be read and added to the appropriate place in your practice’s EHR.
