What is Phedone?
Phedone is a French start-up that specializes in developing artificial intelligence models aimed at optimizing customer and prospect interactions. Founded by Jonathan Foureur, Tom Heneault, and Kevin El-Haddad, the company focuses on creating tailor-made AI solutions for contact centers to enhance customer experience. Phedone offers advanced AI solutions, including multilingual problem categorization and solution suggestions. Its proprietary AI models improve customer interactions by automating processes such as transcription, categorization, call summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational bots in multiple languages. In October 2023, Phedone was acquired by Diabolocom, a Paris-based provider of cloud-based customer service solutions, which aims to integrate Phedones capabilities into its platforms to strengthen its position in AI for customer service.
