"10/10"
What do you like best?
user interface doesn't require training, and everything is simple; one place for all requests; limited catalog view for employees from different branches; integration with Xero; each manager can track the available budget; if you need, you can set restrictions for user on access to functions

What do you dislike?
it would be great to have a mobile app, but mobile version is good too

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I highly recommend this system for simplifying the procurement process in your company

“Happy to use exactly Precoro!”

Overall: Precoro helped us: avoid misunderstandings and determine our organization's financial obligation; enhance well-run operations; make business painfully easy to keep track of expenses.
Pros: We could upload the list of suppliers and store all the data about them in a few minutes, including information about their like account managers' contact details. Now we can send them the orders automatically directly from the software. We like that we can extract any data for reports. There are more than 120 different data points within the system - for example, all the suppliers' items we've purchased. We've been using this product for about two years and have enjoyed seeing it improving into what it is today. Guys temporarily add new functions to the system for improvement of functionalities and make this without additional fees for us.

Cons: There were minor problems, but we've quickly solved them with our support manager.

“The best of its kind”
Overall: We didn't control POs at all, and it was very manual. Precoro is a great procurement software for making requests, approving them, raising orders, and getting analytics on them. We got everything we were looking for, and we can rely on Precoro due to its excellent quality and support. I recommend these guys for all companies which want to simplify the purchasing process and get a more transparent budget analysis

Pros: 1. A beneficial visual representation of the budget information. 2.User-friendly design and best form of supply chain digitization. 3.Reference each PO by looking it up in the search box by PO number.

Cons: Sometimes not all text is displayed. Although when I loaded information, the system saved all I entered. It would be better to show restrictions on the number of entered characters, like '0/250', so that you can immediately see how many characters are left.

"Efficient and intuitive system"

What do you like best?
1) detailed visibility into organizational spend
2) easily generating spend reports
3) finance team now has greater visibility into their procurement budget and can better plan for future spending.

What do you dislike?
Everything works great, this product is very useful in our work.


Recommendations to others considering the product:
We wanted to lay the foundation for future success by using a comprehensive business spend management platform that included not only procurement but also contracts, invoicing, expenses, and analytics. We chose Precoro for its suite of capabilities, accelerated time-to-value, and intuitive processes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Now 90% of P.O.s to vendors sent electronically we can see and manage our spend more reasonable and holistically.

“The company we can rely on”
Pros: Until Precoro, we used excel & email to create and track requests. There were often delays in delivering goods to the project site. The procurement manager didn't understand whether the goods have already been delivered. It wasn't easy to track the approval status of requests by mail. There weren't clear reports on spending. Now we have automatically generated reports, which are made from a lot of custom fields. That's an excellent ground to control your spending. We got rid of excel, and procurement managers are satisfied with simplifying their work. Tracking invoices during all levels of the cycle is one of my favorite features. The customer support team is supportive and very kind.

Cons: I would like to see the PO details on the side, but I still need to open each PO to see our cost centers. It would be better if PO details are added to the side view. That would keep me from having to open each PO and maneuver back to the dashboard each time.

"Great tool for our business"
What do you like best?
We love automatic supplier sending, which saves Netpeak’s time. Precoro is the best tool with the features we need, and the price is affordable.

What do you dislike?
The app would be more convenient, but anyway, we like UI.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some other systems which we explored are more expensive and can offer fewer functions. I recommend using Precoro - a combination of affordable price and good functionality.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Before we started using Pre?oro, we needed to create an individual purchase order in a PDF file for each vendor and send it by email. We decided to find a tool to simplify our lives. Everything worked terribly, and with the help of the software, we wanted to start to track budgets adequately, find savings opportunities, and have explicit approval routing. Now we can easily purchase goods; POs generate instantly from requests or scratch.

“We got everything we needed and even more”
Pros: We had a system for tracking direct purchasing, but we faced increased demand for purchasing supporting materials - packaging, warehouse goods, shopping goods, ripping, and no system for these needs. There were difficulties with tracking the number of goods in the warehouse and processing requests from the warehouse and shops - there were sent by mail, etc. Now we have a great multi-user platform that serves our 100 employees well. We track all our requisitions and purchases for raw materials, intricate parts, that are procured daily from over 50 suppliers around the globe. Precoro is easy to learn and use, the features we need are built-in, and we didn't have to do a lot of customization!
Cons: Great program. I haven't had any issues with using Precoro.

Pros: Spray Agro started with a mix of solutions for managing procurement. We had several systems, but they were disjointed and didn't allow for a comprehensive view of spend or enforce compliance. We still lacked overall business spend data and information around contracts to make strategic decisions quickly. We chose Precoro for its user-centric nature. We wanted adoption to be easy for employees, so decision-makers could quickly realize the benefits of increased visibility. Precoro's efficient solution plus hard work from our team has resulted in significant time savings. The P.R. to P.O. process now takes less than a day. We've really seen the powerful benefits of information flowing seamlessly end-to-end on the platform.
Cons: It took time to connect our accounting software to Precoro through open API, we thought it would be easier on our side.

"WONDERFUL PURCHASING TOOL"
What do you like the best?
One of the best parts is that the purchase requisition goes directly to the supplier upon approval without any troubles. And this's a great function to have multiple companies set up under the same account. It helps that we can manage different entities in one account.

What do you dislike?
I don't have any other significant concerns.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It gives you flexibility and control over your purchasing process, which`s especially important when your organization evolves quite fast.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Paperwork was time-consuming. We had to transfer papers from person to person. We were looking for a more trackable and time-efficient method, which helped us evaluate the purchase process's errors. After a product demo, we decided that it fits our needs the best. Today we use Precoro daily and have improved efficiency in purchasing processes.
