Pros:
I like that its online so supervisors can approve the orders from anywhere.
Cons:
when looking for PO the filtering setting is not the best but this might be due to the way that we have it set up.
Comments (Benefits):
it speeds up the whole process like the time get get PO approved and the purchasing time.

Precoro is a great system that is very easy to navigate. The integration process was smooth. It was very convenient being able to load our inventory into a speadsheet and have it all transferred into the system that way.
So far, we have not encountered any major issues with the software.

- incredibly easy to use and our teams adopted the processes without issue
- the interface is pleasant and easy to read; it isn't difficult to navigate at all
- the system itself runs smoothly and we never encountered any bugs or glitches
- users are able to communicate across all transactions via @mentions (this is a feature we will miss a lot!)
- reports are easy to use and customize
- Precoro customer service is the best! Seriosuly, they are all so friendly, helpful and go out of their way to resolve issues and answer any questions
- The Precoro team releases newsletters alerting users of updates and changes, and there are great notifications that pop up when you log into the system alerting you of updates with clear visuals and explanations.

Pros:
Precoro is very user friendly. I feel like you can login and immediately begin using it, even as a novice.

Pros:
I really love the precoro soft, I enjoyed using this soft that is helping us to control and manage the company expenses, order, vendor, etc.
Cons:
Raising PO, Warehouse requests, Precoro company system admin, and the system access right modification.

Pros:
Easy to share information within the team Automated approval workflow Easy to make changes in settings to adapt to our company Easy to track which invoices were paid or not
Cons:
Would be good to have more flexibility to delegate approvals to another user (e.g. in case of holidays / sick leave, etc.)
