I like that it is simple, fast and easy to use, I am the one who closes the PO's and other people in my company create them when ordering goods. It’s easy to train and show people how to use it. The approving process is simple, very easy to create PO simple steps, select who you want to approve it e.g. your managers etc. and options to select how many. Procurement Express has been my schools way of ordering for about two years. The website and ordering system is easy to navigate and productive to use. You simply place the link, quantity and price of each item you want and the total is then calculated for you. The only thing that you have to be aware of is that you need to order from one website at a time. For example, you can order 4 things from amazon at the same time. However, you cannot order from amazon and staples at the same time. Each company or vender needs orders placed on their own but you may have multiple items. Procurement Express is great and you also get confirmation when your order is placed!
