User Friendly. I?ve used many visitor systems that required user training and refreshers since I didn?t use them frequently. Proxyclick is super easy to use and easy to find your way around even if you only use it a few times a year. I?ve also used it to check guests in and print badges. That process is equally as easy.

Simple visitor management tool that gets the job done. The ability to upload excel spreadsheets of large visitor groups is such a time saver. It is easy to bulk add and edit. This tool makes our quarterly reporting so much easier. One-off visitors are easy to add, even by the newest user of the system, and return visitors are even simpler. The system stores all their information and photo in the Visitor Address Book . You can search the address book by name, email, or company. It's a huge asset.

Great Check-in Process. Before PC people visiting our facility are met by a security guard and given a badge, then he called the person they were here to meet, sometimes they didn't answer/were in a meeting - causing delays & occasionally making customers frustrated.

Now they still meet the security guard AND the PC system, which can notify the host via their preferred method of communication, this speeds up the visitor process and provides greater visibility to our team about who is coming and going in our building.

Amazing and easy to use app. The easy way of using and user friendly vision. This app allow me to request visitors very easy and very fast. With E-Visitors application me and my colleagues are allow to make a request for access in a building for a seconds. This app save us a lot of time and I recommend it to all users. Works well. It's better than the notebook check in we had before. It allows you see how many visitors per month show up. The best thing is it sends an email to people when someone is here to see them.

Best decision ever! I am the Receptionist for a large company with a lot of guests and visitors, I love the fact that I don't have to be chasing people down when they have a visitor/guest. The best app for visitors management. Its the best app you can buy! All visitors are impresed with the app and kisok. Its much easier to check in using Proxy than its previous version that we were using. Now check in time is shorter and visitors have already prepaired badges at the reception when they arrive at us. And above all of that you have digital register of your visitors and customers in one place on web!
