What is Pulse Software?
Pulse Software started out as a question in 2010: Why do businesses configure operations to complement software, rather than using software to complement business process?
We took that question and asked it of business process management software for highly-regulated statutory processes in local government here in Australia, and incorporated as Local Government Software Services (LGSS) specialising in Local Government administration software in 2011.
After launching our first Business Process Management Software products, we grew and grew; adding more than 100 Government bodies to our client list as we expanded our product suite.
In 2018 we ‘rebranded’ as Pulse Software to reflect our business process management software’s wider application and started our first ever marketing campaign!
Our background in building software to deliver defined process and meet complex reporting requirements means our software is ideal for delivering Policy Management, Enterprise Risk, Project Management, and Compliance across both public and private sector organisations.
Our offices in Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia remain our main office and home for our Dev and Support Teams, and are now complimented by local offices in New Zealand and soon to open European and North American offices – check out our news feed or LinkedIn page for more details!
