Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Pulse360 delivers exceptional onboarding for small, growing teams and automates the repetitive work that derails productivity in advisory firms. This single reviewer—a fast-growing advisory firm two years in—praised the guided setup process, which moved them from login to real client usage in one week, and highlighted meeting prep automation as the standout feature. The system pulls client briefs from historical notes and emails automatically, and logs follow-up tasks without manual data entry.
The reviewer notes that template customization, while flexible, carries a learning curve that isn't immediately obvious. Customer support resolved issues, though the review cuts off before detailing the experience fully. Based on this limited feedback, Pulse360 appears well-suited to small teams that value structured workflows and automation over blank-canvas flexibility, though prospective users should budget time to master template editing.

“Onboarding was where I expected things to fall apart. We…”
Onboarding was where I expected things to fall apart. We were a fast-growing advisory firm, barely two years old, and every tool we'd tried before dumped us into a blank dashboard with a help link and a wish of good luck. Pulse360 was different from the first login. They walked me through meeting prep templates on day two, had me building out follow-up workflows by day four, and by the end of the first week I was actually using it in a real client meeting rather than fumbling around trying to remember where settings lived. That's not typical. Not even close.
The meeting prep automation is the thing I come back to most, even now after about a year. Before every client call, I get a structured brief pulled together without me having to manually dig through notes and old emails. Follow-up tasks get logged and assigned automatically based on what I flag during the meeting itself. For a small team still figuring out its processes, that structure was worth more than I can easily explain.
A couple of things took adjusting. The template customization, while genuinely flexible, has a learning curve that isn't obvious until you're mid-edit and slightly confused. Customer support got me sorted quickly both times I reached out, which helped. But the real story here is that first week. It set a tone. A year later, my confidence in the product is still rooted in how straightforwardly it got me to value, fast.
