What is RackSRV Communications?

RackSRV Communications first opened its doors in 2007 under the ownership of Jon Roberts who had previous success within the hosting industry. The objective for this new venture was simple, to offer cheap, no-frills yet reliable UK Dedicated Servers and Server Colocation hosting solutions to home and business users. The concept, albeit simple, proved successful which resulted in the business being cash positive and free from all personal loans within the first 12 months of trading. Moving forward, the past 18 months have been very busy yet exciting times as we took on additional staff and established an onsite office at KSP where we now maintain a direct relationship with the facility owners giving us long term stability. More recently we invested a huge amount of resources into building a bespoke client portal which allows our dedicated server clients access to a vast array of self-service management tools such as reboots, OS re-installs, rDNS management and more. These tools also work in conjunction with our reseller add-on so re-sellers and their clients benefit too! Going forward, the aim for RackSRV is much the same as what has helped in its success to date, great value, great service and honesty! These qualities will ensure we continue to be at the forefront of the industry even as it continues to change.
