A SIMPLE DATA INTEGRATION SOLUTION RapidiOnline was developed to make complex system integrations simple, secure & fast. RapidiOnline uses pre-configured templates to facilitate the most requested two-system integrations quickly and easily. Our solution is user-friendly and requires no technical knowledge or programming. In a matter of hours, you’re up and running.

SIMPLE RapidiOnline is three-fold in its simplicity; in design, installation and use. It comes out of the box with pre-configured templates allowing you to integrate various systems, for example Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) and Microsoft Dynamics (AX, GP, NAV or 365). It also enables direct integration so your data will never get stuck in-between your two systems. Installation is fast and easy, even for advanced setups and no programming or further development is required if you want add-on solutions or customization.

FAST YET FLEXIBLE RapidiOnline has been built to maximize the rate of your data transfer via the APIs to secure the data consistency and deep integrations. Communication between the RapidiOnline system and the RapidiConnector (the tool used to compress, encrypt, and transfer data between RapidiOnline and your onsite systems) is ultra-fast. The RapidiConnector strips data of unnecessary meta information and compresses it to ensure efficient data transfer. This reduces the amount of data required to be sent by a factor of up to 50. Also, ourprocesses take place online, cutting off expensive travel costs.

ROBUST AND SECURE With RapidiOnline your systems are kept safe. The RapidiConnector ensures that data communication between RapidiOnline and your systems is not compromised. The RapidiConnector resides in your network and automatically compresses and SSL encrypts data before transferring, so it is impossible to decipher. For an extra level of security, we can use your own SSL certificate.

RapidiOnline Support & Customer Service

RapidiOnline provides personal supporting in Data Integration. Should you encounter any issues, you can always raise a support ticket from within the product itself – no need to visit an external support site. Our current customers have consistently rated RapidiOnline highly for its simplicity in design and usability on Salesforce AppExchange.

Generally, we always monitor your system setup and even provide pro-active support if we identify anything that may jeopardize your data and/or transfers. We quickly spot any type of interruption - for example, if your server is not responding, or if you are trying to exchange invalid data – then we log the incident and immediately notify you.

In the event of an issue, our support staff will respond immediately and dedicate themselves to solving it, sometimes so quickly you may not even notice the potential problem!
