Slow, klunky interface and you can wait days on a support ticket. They will not refund the licence fee you pay upfront under any circumstances. Not worth my time going to BBB.

“VERY poor service. Their so called "Director of Client Relations"…”
VERY poor service. Their so called "Director of Client Relations" is not at all good at their job and if she worked for my company would be immediately fired. Due to HER inabilities either read, comprehend or do her job or communicate the client’s wishes to those who may actually do the designing or creative portions of the the job, has caused more and more delays. What was supposed to bee done in 7-14 days MAX, will now take a month even after I FINALLY approved a substandard ad because she couldn't read or comprehend what I wrote - IN DETAIL- Asking for a specific design.. I have now lost 2 weeks of one of the busiest times of the year for my industry and my business due to HER unprofessionalism. All they can say in response.... "your ad will run starting the day it goes up". BIG DEAL... I lost the 2 weeks of the time I wanted. I hope that Buzztime gets smart and starts using someone else and better to do their ads if this is the best this company can do. I, obviously, am NOT happy.
