Save countless hours but having simple questions for online orders.
Ease of use. Good value. I use this service for both of my stores. I like how I can text the user directions to the store and online order link
Wish we can manually set software to say we closed versus having to email company and they have to do it.

Solves my phone problems
We have 2 business and the software works great to filter out calls. Gets our customers to our website to order with out us having to stop what we are doing to take a call about simple questions customers might have.
Would like to get a recap email of voicemails or text that might be helpful.

Greatly reduces call in orders during peak times of the day.
The greatest challenge we have during our busiest times of the day is the long lines at the register that are continually interrupted by call-in phone orders. Using Reachify's service, we have provided for a solution that call in orders or other reasons for customers to call the cafe can be handled by a text response to the caller. The caller selects the reason for their call through a menu option. Their selection will result in a text answer or a rerouting to the place they are trying to call (IE: third-party delivery providers). This has reduced in cafe complaints from customers waiting in line and being frustrated by callers getting their orders in prior to themselves who are physically waiting in line.
The customer service team is outstanding. They have been very patient with me and my requests on the menu set up until I was completely satisfied.

Keeps my team members off the phone and tending to guests!
We implemented the Reachify service as a solution to keep our restaurant team members off the phone and focused on tending to guests in the stores. It works extremely well in this capacity!
The administrative dashboard lacks navigational clarity and standard features to support autonomous management of the service. Creating new or changing existing call tree information needs to be manually submitted to customer service. As does, adding/removing additional users and the ability to delegate permissions.
Reachify works wonderfully to keep our restaurant team members off the phone and engaged with guests in the restaurant. Autonomous administration features need to be improved upon.

The product is easy to setup, acess and user friendly for someone like me who is not tech savvy!
There are a few bugs to work out, such as the voicemail feature, which can a bit slow to access but in time I got it!
Reachify is a great company with great software. It is exactly what I needed for my busy Hair Salon. My customers adjusted to it easily; this is a perfect solution to keeping track of appointments and clientele without needing to stop working to answer the telephone!
