The results are that we now find our employees making better decisions that positively impact our business, employees & especially our customers. One of the most rewarding things about having the Recognition PRO application a part of our business is seeing the positive reactions of the managers after they receive the reactions from our employees who have just been recognized for a job well done. It’s quite wonderful and sustaining.
