Best Australian web hosting company period. I switched from other hosting companies to Relentless Hosting, due to the Australian datacenter location, service, and superior pricing plans. Specifically, the budget plan allows for 5 GB (I heard that they switched to SSD) storage, 5 hosted domains / emails, an app installer, and weekly backups. The customer service is excellent, especially the live chat feature. Plus as a bonus, compared to other companies, their website (including the client area + cPanel) actually looks good. I highly recommend choosing Relentless Hosting!

I have dealt with a number of hosting companies to date and these guys are a breath of fresh air! Faith in the web hosting industry restored! They have a great live chat tool which I found very useful when I switched over my partners web site last week. I am no tech head (I am a bookkeeper for a number of small businesses and help them out with other admin stuff) but I found Relentless Hosting very supportive, patient, helpful and friendly.
