I am a developer I am really very happy to join with ResellerClub. I join this cloud hosting service in October 2021. my website where more secure because it offered me DDOS & hostlink protection so I didn’t face any problems till now. I also search for shared & Dedicated Servercer hosting services for my three other websites. after an analysis of top hosting companies, I have selected hostinger & domain racer as my web hosting provider for the Shared & Dedicated Server hosting plan.

The worst hosting provider company and their support are worst than their services. Their server is always down for hours. If you searching for a reliable hosting provider, please please don't consider ResellerClub. They will never provide you support. You need to wait for hours to join support and in the last they will show you this message "No agents are available. We can't chat right now. Try again later." For one month there will be no Issue the server will work very fine but just after 30 days your site/s will be down for hours weekly, sometimes every alternate day. I'm adding all the evidence here just see my screenshots. So, if you are reading this review, please do not buy any hosting plan from ResellerClub. Else you will repent later.

I got stuck with using their Plesk Windows reseller hosting because my old supplier decided to close down. I just wanted a simple Plesk reseller program but each month I manually renew the package and then my account gets suspended because their use a crazy top level reseller system and doesn't understand my renewal.

I ask support to unsuspend the account and they just ask me to pay again and then I get system errors because I have already paid. They don't seem to understand their own system.

The servers are pretty slow and can't handle backups properly. For the price you get pretty poor service and better to go somewhere else! Support can take some time and at some points days to respond.

Would not recommend at all!

The worst hosting company. I've faced more than 15 problems in less than 2 weeks then my whole server has been deleted and they can't restore it back!
